The facilities are spotlessly clean. Staff are all polite and considerate, eager to help and smiley.
Small spa but in a positive way - made to feel special and nothing was too much trouble, unlike some of the larger chains. The food was fantastic!! No complaints there. Loved the private outdoor jacuzzi too.
The bathroom was looking a little tired although couldn’t fault the cleanliness.

Staff, food, rooms, spa areas… all were superb.
Special mention to Jamie and Edward in the restaurant as they were very knowledgeable and offered such a great service. Loved every minute of being there!
