The location was nice.
What I didn’t like about the property was that the price was too high for the condition of the room. Nothing shown in the photos matched what I actually found in the room and bathroom, and I did not receive the room that was advertised in the pictures.
The hotel operated with self check-in and self check-out only, and there were no staff available on site. There was also no restaurant on the premises, even though the building is clearly marked as “Hotel Restaurant.” This was misleading and disappointing.
In addition, the cancellation and modification policy is extremely unfair. If you need to cancel or change your booking for personal reasons, you are still required to pay the full cost of the booking again. Overall, the property did not meet my expectations, and I do not believe it offers good value for money.
