Good location, friendly staff.
There is no fridge in the room which is a major flaw! Can’t bring any food into the room that needs to be in the cold temperature. It’s elementary to have fridges in hotel rooms!
The breakfast place downstairs is awfully hot, like sauna, even in fall and winter, not just in the summer, there is no AC and after about 2 mins you just get so hot and sweaty that can barely finish the meal.

Location is good. It was clean inside, and there was a big window.
There was no air conditioning (only a ventilator), and the room was very small, so sleeping was quite difficult and uncomfortable (even though it wasn't too hot outside during my time in Paris!); plus, there was a café right outside, and it was noisy around midnight.

The location was very close to major stations like Gare Du Nord and Gare De L’est and other smaller metro stations. Front desk staff were polite. We stayed in Room 701 which was a a good sized room with some useful facilities like a safe, kettle, desk, two fans etc. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t hear any noise from other rooms.
The bathroom was quite basic and the shower was really small. The building is showing its age a little in that the doors are a bit stiff in places. The area around the hotel is a bit - ahem - lively at night and I can imagine women especially feeling a little intimidated.

Shower was broken and you had to hold the head the whole time. Rather difficult to wash yourself with only one hand. They only provide you with one soap that obviously does it all. But was a very harsh soap.
