Gute Lage zur Innenstadt
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Steubenstraße, die morgens laut ist.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und es war sehr viel Stauraum vorhanden.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.
Die Lage war optimal...10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt.
Der Frühstückstisch ist nicht eingedeckt.
Das muss man schon selbst machen.
Nach dem Frühstück muss man dann den Tisch auch abräumen.
Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist mittelmäßig.
Das Reinigungspersonal hat lediglich Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt und die Handtücher gewechselt.
Die Betten wurden sehr lieblos gemacht.
Die fünf Tage wo wir Gast waren wurde kein einziges Mal das Bad gereinigt, was wir an so Sachen wie Zahnpaster im Waschbecken feststellen konnten.
Auch wurde die ganze Zeit nicht einmal das Zimmer gesaugt.
Keks Krümel blieben die ganzen fünf Tage am Couchtisch liegen.
Einen Kühlschrank gab es leider auch nicht.
Die Tiefgarage ist sehr beengt und mit 14 € pro Tag kein Schnäppchen.
Durch die sehr schlechte Parksituation sind wir aber darauf eingegangen.

We stayed at another hotel because our reservation had not been registered (despite us getting a booking conformation). We discovered this on the day of arrival. Initially the hotel offered only apologies, but during the day the staff were helpful in finding another place in Weimar. This place was actually a good hotel where we had a pleasant stay.
The fact that we, despite paying in advance and getting a confirmation from Booking.com, could not stay at the hotel. The reason seemed to be a discrepancy between the system of the hotel and that of Booking.com. But as a client, I am not interested in explanations about technical reasons behind this. When you are busy travelling from Poland to Germany by train, it is very unconvenient to hear that you do not have a hotel to stay in and perhaps having to pay for an additional place elsewhere.
