Absolutely stunning location of Mont Blanc from the hotel (with luck we also enjoyed it direct from our room). Room was very comfortable and well appointed. All the staff we engaged with were very friendly. Although it does have a pool, we did not use it as was quite small in reality
It was only after making the booking did we find out that the restaurant was closed on Sunday nights.

We had a wonderful stay at Auberge de l’Orangerie – Best Western in Sallanches! The hotel is very comfortable and modern, with a beautiful view that adds to the overall experience. The highlight for us was the superb pool with hydro-massage, perfect for relaxation. The green space near the pool is also a lovely touch.
The parking is spacious, which made it very convenient for us. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options including yogurts, breads, eggs, fruits, and pies.
The only minor downside was the juice, which was made from concentrate. Also, it could have a few more fruits at the breakfast.

Pool and view were beautiful. Bedroom size was good.
Family room with no air-conditioning in a heatwave of 37 degrees should not have been sold (even with a fan that barely worked). It was on the top floor and 1 of 2 windows was blocked from opening. The room is designed to keep heat in during the alpine winter, so not great in summer! Heat was unbearable and we had to go outside and sit in the car in the middle of the night.
We cancelled our second night and were disappointed to be asked to pay full price for the first night, as only a supervisor could sanction a partial refund.
