Really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival who explained the breakfast timings and all the facilities clearly.
The pool is excellent, with a brilliant view over Sorrento.
If I had to pick one highlight, it would be the free daily transfer into Sorrento. It's very well organised, always on time, and the drivers are friendly. We found travel to be expensive otherwise, so this was a huge bonus and saved us a lot over the week.
The hotel is a twenty minute drive from the centre of Sorrento, but it's in a lovely little town with plenty within walking distance — a supermarket, restaurants and ice cream shops.
Rooms were clean and well equipped. Would happily stay again.
Only one thing, and it's a small point. With a late flight we had the afternoon to fill after checking out, and there were no changing facilities available — so no way to shower before travelling.
Most hotels we've stayed at have a dedicated changing room with showers for exactly this situation. We ended up using the outdoor shower by the pool, which was fine for me, but my girlfriend would have appreciated somewhere more private.
Not a dealbreaker at all, and everything else was excellent. Just something worth knowing if you've got a late departure.
