Das Personal war sehr höflich, als wir bei Anreise erwähnten, dass wir explizit ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht hatten - alles wurde dahingehend innerhalb von Minuten angepasst. Auch die Informationen für die Umgebung und die Nutzung der Badelandschaft waren sehr gut. Wer hier den Geruch nach "faulen Eiern" bemängelt, wie in einigen Bewertungen gelesen, sollte sich daran erinnern, dass wir von Schwefelbädern sprechen, die von vielen Gästen sehr geschätzt werden.
Das Frühstück ist nicht übermäßig üppig, bezogen auf die Auswahl. Der Kaffee ist hingegen sehr gut.

La grandezza della camera, cambiata per la doccia, esposta sul giardino interno. La diversa qualità di cibo per la colazione. Il servizio di pulizia delle stanze. Il cibo hai pasti molto gustoso.
La mancanza dell'acqua delle piscine termali esterne! L'aria climatizzata troppo fredda.
Il costo del parcheggio poteva essere incluso nel costo della camera.

"Right next to the spa park so an extremely good location if you are going to the spa. Also, it is only a few minutes' walk from the train station so it is easy to visit Tivoli or Rome."
