Bed was very confortable. Breakfast was very good.

Guests must pay to get access to swimming pools, when such facilities are presented as part of the hotel. All swimming pools are open only until 5.30 p.m. (inside) and 6 p.m. (outside). Furniture in the rooms is outdated. At breakfast, only plastic glasses were available: this is not what a client expects by a 4-star hotel.

Right next to the spa park so an extremely good location if you are going to the spa. Also, it is only a few minutes' walk from the train station so it is easy to visit Tivoli or Rome.

The continental breakfast had a a varied choice and was fresh. The room was beautiful, spacious and adequate for my needs. I had a swimming pool facing balcony and beautiful views. However, the bins were located under my room, and there was a disgusting smell and flies but I was out most of the time. The bathroom was great with the spa bath - it made up for not being able to go into the pools! The staff were lovely, the day I had to check out I got lost and my phone had died and they allowed me extra time to collect my belongings without an additional charge so I was very grateful.

I think the advert should indicate clearer that the spa and pools do not belong to this hotel but is instead a separate entity. I was really looking forward to this mini break and although the room was great I did not want to be stuck inside all the time, hence why I found myself wandering around Italy instead of relaxing.

Prof stuff, window view, nice fresh breakfast, clean and cozy room, quiet. Thermo swim area 2min walk. Fantastic composition of water. Info about Tivoli and excursions around. Central location - bus COTRAL 1,30 euro going to Tivoli, 5min walk from train station (Bagni di Tivoli)

No teapot in room. Bathroom near the lobby is downstairs. Crazy irritating orange color of room bathrooms. Extra fee 10 euro for outside termo swim pools

Good hearty breakfast, but on the second day there was no juice and coffee machine, excellent friendly staff, especially the manager in the restaurant hall. Getting from Rome by train is a little stressful, but it was worth it.

This is the perfect place to start a holiday in Tivoli. Within a few minutes by car you can reach top places such as Villa Adriana or Villa d´Este, or you can spend a lazy day in the hotel’s thermal baths.
