Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders der Mitarbeiter, der Abend-/Nachtschicht war der Hit. Zwar spricht er nur italienisch, aber die Übersetzungsapp hilft weiter. Er empfiehlt nicht nur Restaurants, sondern bestellt auch Pizza beim Lieferservice und deckt dann sogar noch den Tisch im Aufenthaltsraum. Sehr, sehr zuvorkommend.
Die Villa befindet sich auf dem Gelände einen aktiven Klosters, was an sich schon außergewöhnlich ist. Das Gelände ist durch eine Toranlage geschützt und geschlossen, so dass man sein Auto entspannt stehen lassen kann, um die Metro zu nutzen. Es sind 2 Stationen mit max. 300m fußläufig erreichbar, um in die Stadt zu gelangen.
Weiterhin lebt eine Kolonie Halsbandsittiche auf dem Gelände. Sie begrüßen einen morgens, sind dabei aber nicht aufdringlich.
Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch eher süß gehalten, aber herzhafter Belag wird auch gereicht.
Angesichts der Temperaturen war die Klimaanlage äußerst hilfreich.
Das Bad ist etwas eng, ebenso wie die Dusche.
Es ist keine Luxusausstattung und eher dem Umfeld zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Das WLAN hat so seine Macken, aber das ist eigentlich der Rede nicht wert.

Świetna lokalizacja, jeżeli traktujemy hotel jako bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Rzymu. Sama dzielnica jest nieciekawa, brudna i pozbawiona atrakcji. Na szczęście 400 m obok jest stacja metra, którą można w 30 minut dojechać do Koloseum. Trzeba tylko pamiętać, żeby iść na stację Borghesiana, a nie Due Leoni, bo do tej ostatniej trudno dojść pieszo. Sam hotel stoi na gigantycznej posesji ogrodzonej szczelnie od otoczenia, w środku jest czysto, obsługa pomocna i uprzejma, na śniadanie mamy do wyboru styl włoski (słodkości) lub zwykły stół szwedzki z serami i wędliną. Pokoje wykładane płytkami, cisza i spokój.
Kabina prysznicowa mogłaby być nieco większa.

Location, the garden and people at the reception - all of them. They are very nice and attentive. Rooms and linen were very clean and properly cooled. Beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast - maybe it was good/great by Italian standards but it could be more varying and the coffee machine didn't work 2 days out of 3. Mostly sweet pastries.
