the place was beautiful, the rooms were large and spacious. check in and out was very simple.
the parking situation was a shambles. i booked this place as parking was required, when i asked about it as we couldn’t find anything on the street we were told that you need to book online. went to book and the next day was the only option. the staff were not very helpful via whatsapp on what to do. the gentleman who manned the parking however did let us park there. as we had paid for the next day.

Great location, right in the main area.
Rude staff member- I had requested a quiet room at the back of the hotel (I’m a poor sleeper and know those rooms are quiet) over a month before my stay. As I was checking in, I asked if the room was at the back. The receptionist said it was, and even referred to my request, but when I went to the room it was at the front. I went back down to reception where she asked what was wrong but said I would have to wait (for some time)while she checked in several other people and finally got to me again. She had all our details registered, she could have just transferred us to another room. The room offered next was at the back but we later discovered the balcony door didn’t lock. When I went down to report this the same woman saw me, but continued a long conversation with another member of staff before finally speaking to me. In fact the other staff member became uncomfortable and nodded to her that I was waiting. She was rude. The door wasn’t fixed, we just had to accept it.
