There are definitely some advantages as well as disadvantages, I will try to cover both in the review so that guests know what to expect.
1. Renovated rooms: rooms have recently been renovated and at the moment they looks well-refurbished.
2. Food - a big thank you to catering team and chefs - amazing menu, you will always find a variety of hot fish (3-4) dishes and meat or grill dishes (3-4), also lots of fruit selection and deserts - literally everything! We were never hungry and enjoyed the cuisine.
3. Hotel is close to the beach.
4. The majority of team are very friendly and ready to help! A big thank you to ladies at reception (ladies only), all the waiters at the restaurant (Javi, Elis and Azdine and a wonderful chef-lady at the grill station - she is a superstar!
5. Value for money.
6. There is a pool and spa and animation programme but we never used it.
Here we go about the disadvantages.
1. We originally received a room which faced a wall (yes, you read it right - a wall). Also the room was just above the kitchen back door and over the garbage bins. Every morning at 4:30, 5:30 and probably 6, the garbage car arrived to
Collect all the garbage and it was extremely loud - we sleep with balcony door open and we were with a child and we could not sleep at all.
In my personal opinion, such rooms should be classified as economy rooms and probably should go with the discount.
2. Giving credits to reception, when we asked to change a room, they found an alternative - however, they asked us to move out from our current room at 11 and wait for the new room to be prepared as some people were moving out of it. We were told that cleaning team will prioritise to clean our new room to decrease any discomfort. However, it took them 3 hours to clean it and while we were trying to ask gentleman at reception whether the room is ready, the reaction was surprising: the receptionist (not sure of the name but they have a beard) was very emotional ( to say the least), even impolite and rude as started snapping at us. The other receptionist told us that cleaning team are doing us a favour ( EXCUSE ME?!) - therefore we do not consider such communication as appropriate and professional. Hotel management, please pay attention.
3. Cleaning itself: sometimes we had a sign to clean the room from 8 am until 2 pm but they did not have time to do it. honestly, 6 hours not enough? This was not a one-off. Sometimes they cleaned it while we were at the beach but it was just 3 days out of 9? So we just took clean towels from that and that is it - don’t think this is how it should be organised.
4. Mattresses and pillows are super uncomfortable - grab your own pillow if you have neck issues.

The breakfast is quite lots of choices of fruits and foods.
The shower is very old, and the sound proofing is terrible. You can hear all the noise in the evening
