The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in good condition. The location was also very convenient.
Parking outside the hotel was quite difficult and complicated, which was a downside.

I had a lovely room with a large comfortable bed and good storage. The shower was in the bedroom which might be awkward for some travellers but it doesn’t bother me. Staff in the dining room were always friendly and for what I paid the food quality was totally acceptable. If you want fine dining then stay somewhere that costs a lot more. Food was restocked promptly whenever it should run out.
The food could have been hotter. I realise that buffet queues often mean food gets cool but at times there were no queues and the food was barely warm so perhaps that could be looked into.

The location of the hotel is good surrounded by a lot of restaurants and shops and near to beach as well

Location close to the beach and sea front.
Clean and modern.
Decent sized rooms.
Very noisy, lots of people walking drunk outside the hotel and rooms also don't seem to be soundproof.
Parking at 24 euro is a robbery.
You have to pay to use the safe box.
Pool is miniscule.
Long queues for breakfast.
