Lovely pool area. Cleaning staff couldn’t be more helpful, checking we had everything we needed in our room!!
Reception staff did not try to be helpful. You can hear the person in the room adjacent using the bathroom…. Not nice!! No affordable food…. If you have children, the kids pool has a metal strip around the whole of the edge of the pool….incredibly dangerous as in the sun , the edging was too hot for an adult to touch… This really needs addressing!!!!

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind and allowed us to check in earlier, as we were very tired after our journey — she truly is an angel. She was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the very first moment.
We absolutely loved the tropical house with the jacuzzi — it was definitely worth the money. We had an amazing, restful stay. The house was warm, spotless, and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily come back again.
