We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. Every single person that works at Aegean Houses made such an effort to ensure we had a great holiday!
The location isn’t amazing but it’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 mins into Kos Town. It does feel like you are in a little oasis when you are by the pool or at the bar so location really doesn’t matter

Everything was perfectly.

Nice clean, modern room with a balcony area (even at ground floor). Attractive feel to the development centred around an inviting pool. Great breakfast selection.

The rooms and all the common arears and spaces were immaculately clean. Every thing you needed in the apartment was provided.
The location is great. A level walk of 10 mins to the beach. 20 mins walk to Kos Town Harbour. Some excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Even a small family supermarket next door for supplies with a larger one with more choice only 5 mins walk away. Surrounded by car hire companies if you want to explore the island. Lots of bike hire companies if you would rather cycle than walk
You should note that the hotel is on a road which whilst not busy, does mean that there is some traffic noise at the pool area and I assume in room at the front of the property so request a room to the rear
