Nice location, close to the beach, rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was very good and restaurant area was nice.
Shower needs to have a higher attachment so you can actually stand underneath rather than hold it in your hand to wash

Location was very suitable. Very close to the beach, I would preer this location instead of living in the centre, since it's very close to the centre.
Very loud parties, kids coldn't sleep, every day there was a group of young who drank in the porch. It's not suitable hotel for the families at all.

I liked how close the hotel was to the beach and many other restaurants, shops etc. The hotel was quite aesthetically pleasing!! Many facilities were available which made the stay quite easier!!

Rooms were very clean, spacious & comfortable. Lovely large balcony or patio. The staff were amazing. Nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Nice bar & pool area complete with towels though hotel is only a stones throw away from Lambi beach & a good 10 minute walk into town.
Can be noisy late at night for a while with a few teenage Dutch & German party goers but doesn’t last long.

Pool, breakfast and cleanliness of apartment. Staff were extremely helpful. The cleaning staff are exceptional. The rooms were always immaculate.

The cleaner went to clean up the room with only few bottles of cleaning products, so I could understand why it was so dirty everywhere. The stuff is unpleasant, there was a teenage guy as a receptionist, who was always out of his place and I had to look for him everywhere. there was a woman (a manager) who could turn back to you and start making coffee while I was talking to her. quite weird. this was a big mistake to stay there.

Since we love mylos beach, we chose this location because of easy transportation. the location of the hotel is great
There is a taxi problem on the island, make sure to book a taxi in advance to catch the ferry.

I liked the very nice photos on the booking.com website, they were so beautiful and how nicely they were photoshopped' it is a sad fact today that you cannot believe your own eyes or the BS on booking.com website. in the photos for this location it didnt show the cockroaches walking in the apartment, the paint pealing off the walks the damaged furniture or the very old and out of date appliances. It didnt show the broken toilet seat or the sheer poor condition of this room.
Booking.com website being reflective of the real situation and not some fair tale picture show. I received confirmation from booking.com that the room could sleep 4 adults and 3 children 'hahahahahahahahaha - this just proves that booking.com does not vet the properties very well if at all.
I also had a free taxi ride to the property which I booked, it costs 40 euros to the accommodation from airport on KOS, how do I know .... well our flight was late and when arriving no taxi..... so we had to take our own and pay for it. The booking website asks you to select the airport of the departure city to select the flight and therefore the taxi driver can monitor the flight......great ..... not really as you cannot select on the booking.com system HAMBURG therefore unable to tell the driver what flight we came in on therefore he probably waited 1 hour then left ... out flight was 1 hour 45 mins delayed. Thanks for nothing booking.com .... how about you maintain your website better?

Good location. Good size room, with the bedroom separate to the living room/kitchenette.
Staff were welcoming. And Eleni the manager was professional and helpful at all times - she dropped my husband to our next accommodation with our bags, and she facilitated a refund for us, which required a lot of follow up with booking.com
Cannot recommend the place as the water never ran hot (the night we arrived nor the following morning). The electricity cut, so we couldn't charge any of our devices, or use facilities in the room.
We were glad that they progressed a refund for us because of this.

Really nice staff, always helpful and great service.
Asked the staff through booking if they could put a little rose on the bed for a special occasion and the surprise was awesome.
We had a cockroach in our room, but that is really unusual and they told us it was the first time someone actually had a cockroach in their room. Probably because we had put something in the bin that attracted the roach.

Despite what i've read in other reviews, our room was cleaned every day. Staff friendly and polite and our room was comfortable.
Breakfast was poor; stale bread and cereal, very sweet cordial instead of juice, hot items left to go cold.
Horrible pipe smells emanating from the drains and sink.
Shower needs to run for 7-10 minutes before you get hot water.
Our double room was two single beds pushed together rather than a double.
Hairdryer looked about 30 years old.
Frankly, the hotel looks nothing like the photos. We felt completely catfished.
Hugely overpriced for facilities and level of service.
Categorically not a 4* hotel and the idea that you're getting on is laughable.

Staff were so helpful and accommodating.
Some better kitchen equipment and supplies would be an idea. For example, a good sharp cutting knife, salt, pepper and oil.

Location.
The beds were comfortable. The rooms were large, better than the usual size.
The hotel was generally tired. The rooms need upgrading. The hotel did not match up to the photos on-line. We stayed 4 nights and the rooms were only cleaned once in that time.
The bar didn’t serve wine. The staff were indifferent. We used the bar/lounge at the hotel opposite where the atmosphere was totally different.
Breakfast adequate but could of been much better.

it was a short walk to the beach from the hotel and there was also a street further with many markets. to walk to the old town it was about 20-25 min, which was okay
it wasn’t really clean, not even after they cleaned. we had to request for more towles because we only got 2 in total which made id hard after the shower it was slippery. the breakfast is kinda small, thought it would have more choice for this price.. in the morning it was also pretty loud, especially you could hear everything in the hallway and when they moved the beds in the rooms nextby.

Lovely big rooms with lots of space. The kitchenette had what you needed for basic drinks and meals.
A lovely pool area and a good range of drinks and ice cream options.
A good location. Short walk to beach and beac/ snack bars. Maybe 15 minute walk into town.
The rooms were not cleaned very regularly and we had to ask for them to be cleaned.
Not many food options at the pool bar and the pool music could be very loud sometimes.
A few times there wasn’t enough space around t pool for everyone.

Air conditioning worked well and the room was rather big.
We were given a room in the basement, windows below the ground level. It was very humid. The corridor had a nasty smell.
There was no soap and no shower gel.

the room smells very bad and obviously there is mold problem. there are hundred of small flies lb the bathroom. it was terrible experience

it’s was close to the beach
it smelled bad from the drains, it was not very clean, it was expensive for the quality and the service was very poor. if you stay make sure you book your taxi 2 days before you need it.

the swimming pool was the best thing of the whole structure. we were only having a short stop in kos before getting the ferry to another island and the pool was good for the kids
the apartment was poorly decorated, the maintenance could have been much much better and the cleaning was average.

Ideal location nearby to some great restaurants and bars aswell as water sports and great beach bars. Staff were very friendly and helpful and overall we had a great stay.

The location is good, it is near to beach.
There was no wifi in our rooms. Although we have complaint several times, we did not get attention from the staff. Besides, the room was not clean and noisy during nights.

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and always responsive and pleasant. Nothing was a trouble.
Very small detail as we went out and bought some but extra bin liners would have been helpful if provided for the bathroom and some tea towels for drying dishes.

Staff ,Location ,breakfast , and swimmingpool is beautifull .
terrible smell in the room wc. They offerred us to change it . But the other room was too dark and it was in -1 floor , we did not accept .

The pool was really nice.
I would not normally be so critical of a hotel if they didn't exaggerate their star rating and charge so much per night. At first we we're given room 2002 and after one night we requested a room change because the room smelled like aircon gas, had ants and bugs all over the place, indoor doors could not shut including the bathroom door. There wasn't even WiFi- basically nothing worked in that room. The next room on the top floor was alot better which shielded us from some of the noise from the 4am party hooligans who choose this hotel because its close to Milos beach bar. Our new room was only cleaned once in 7 days even after asking for it every night at the reception after our day trips but always came home to a dirty room. There are much better options on the islands. Do yourself a favour and skip this one.
PS There is no hot water in the morning.
