We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! This was my fourth visit to KOS staying in different apartments and this one was the best!

. Clean, Spacious room
. Great breakfast, enjoyed in the lovely courtyard
. Quiet and safe
. Very close to the harbour, nice for walks, bike riding, going on boat trips to nearby islands, highly recommended paid €20 for adults, €10 for kids, all day trip to beautiful swimming beaches, lunch provided
. Close to the ancient sites
. 8min walk to the Ktel buses
which take you to the many
beautiful spots in KOS for €4
. also check out the free council bus
. The staff were amazing, always cheerful and ready to offer assistance at any time
. Our room had harbour views, not extensive, but enough to see the ships anchored in the harbour - so beautiful, especially at night - lit up
. The room was refreshed daily
. Shuttle service €50 from the airport, which is the going rate, very helpful driver, he took our luggage to the service desk. we caught the bus when we left for the airport.
Very hard to find parking, if you've hired a vehicle

The location was great. Easy to walk around in city centre. Close to ferry port and some of the beaches were easily to reach by walk. Welcoming of the owner and recommendations given were nice. They were helpful and easy to communicate for any matter. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was well equipped with the necessary amenities, including shampoo, slippers etc. The breakfast was well enough. The option to eat in the garden was nice.
The room was smaller than we expected, especially the shower. I think it would have been better to choose a room with a balcony. It was thoughtful to put a little hanger in the bathroom for swimming stuff but unfortunately there they didn't properly dry.
