The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfy. The location was excellent only a mile from town,the beach and the marina is just across the road. Good breakfast plenty to choose from.
The staff weren’t very friendly, the woman on reception was not very friendly when we arrived and didn’t give us much information about the hotel, what time breakfast was or about the towels for the pool or anything really. There wasn’t many sunbeds and people left towels on the beds which shouldn’t be allowed. Also the music played by the pool was inappropriate for the older generation and children because of the bad language.
Also the divine club is only for the Jet2 customers it should be for everyone. The hotel wasn’t worth what we paid.

Location on the outskirts of Kos town but walkable to the centre. Position of the hotel to the sea, marina and harbour. Hotel was not high rise and in keeping with the local area. Extended breakfast hours were great along with midday check out. We liked that the hotel had lots of amenities but was not too big. Great to have hotel beach area with free sunbeds and umbrellas.
The third person in our group who had a sofa bed in the lounge area of our suite said there was a lot of corridor noise late at night and early morning although information specified sound proof.

The room was clean and bed was comfy.
The staff did not appear to be very happy or helpful during the visit. The gym was a paid extra (not included in the price as advertised). The breakfast selection was good, however the cooked options were often not warm.
