Everything about this hotel is perfect. It is located in Kos town just a short 10 minutes walk from the main port, so you are just close enough to the centre without being disturbed by noise. Right in front of the hotel you can find a very cute coffee shop with a beautiful sea view and many other shops and restaurants. There is a beach right in front of it but there are also very nice organised beaches approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast with a beautiful view at the sea and the main road. Our view from the room was absolutely FANTASTIC - overlooking the area with a breathtaking sea view from the balcony. There is also a play room (with air hockey and billiard), a gym and a relaxing small outdoor pool area.
We felt very welcomed from the first moment, so our thanks goes to the kind lady at the reception, the always smiling cleaning lady at 3rd floor and the waiter from Avanti restaurant who made the best cocktails. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Truly one of the best vacations we have ever experienced and we would love to come back! Thank you!

We had the suite. It was very open and spacious. Lots of full length windows facing the water. Nice having a roomy balcony with views too.

Good location, very helpful front office staff, clean rooms
Rooms with a sea view are misrepresented in the photos for this room type. While you might get the real front sea view room like on the picture, chances are you will pay the price for a sea view room and end up with a side room featuring a view of the trees and a busy street, with at most a 20 degree sea view. Management will just say it's a sea-view room, so they will not change it.
Breakfast was atrocious - almost nothing left to choose from at the time we visited, and they did not intend to replenish the missing items, including even eggs, until I requested.
