Leider nicht nochmal

Das Hotel war gepflegt und das Personal sehr nett. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern, sauber und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Eine Klimaanlage war in jedem Raum vorhanden.

Das Essen war leider nicht gut. Beim Frühstück fehlten regelmäßig Kaffetassen sowie Besteck. Außerdem kam das Küchenpersonal nicht mit der Zubereitung der Spiegeleier, Omelettes und Pancakes nach da nur ein Mitarbeiter dafür zuständig war. Das Mittagessen und Abendessen waren kaum bis garnicht Abwechslungsreich. Das Essen war teilweise kalt. Die Luft im Restaurant am Abend ist nicht gut. Man riecht nach dem Essen sehr stark nach Essen als würde die Lüftung nicht funktionieren. Leider werden wir das Hotel wegen dem Essen nicht mehr besuchen. Auserdem hatten wir dem Hotel eine Email gesendet und ein Feedback gegeben. Leider haben wir bis heute keine Antwort belommen.Ich hatte das Gefühl das zu viele Gäste und zu wenig Personal vorhanden ist. Sehr schade...

Más de lo que pensaba

Nuestra estancia fue corta, 4 noches, pero muy buena, las instalaciones, la habitación, la comida, el servicio, la limpieza y la animación..... todo ello han hecho que nuestros días fueran maravillosos. Destacar la labor de Alicia en animación con nuestro niño, es maravillosa, y Ana en el bar piscina, es una gran trabajadora, ella sola sacaba todo el trabajo.....

El único pero que tenemos son las "cucarachas" (o insectos raros) que entraban en la habitación x la noche, pero bueno pienso que es un caso muy puntual.

Great Location in Corralejo

Location was great, walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was good.

Lunch and dinner food options could have been better.

3-stjärnig upplevelse, medioker mat men bra läge

-Bra läge -Bra med gratis tennis och gym -Rummet var helt OK, dock absolut inte ”deluxe” som det hette -Anläggningen generellt OK, men inte mer än det -Frukosten var OK/godtagbar

-Absolut inte ett 4-stjärnigt hotell -Stort fokus på brittisk mat, då större delen av gästerna är britter som troligtvis inte sportar så mycket -Maten (middagen) var verkligen inte bra (smaklös/slarvig) och stämningen i matsalen hektisk och emellanåt desperat efter att få ta på det man ville ha. Förstärktes av upptempo-musik som jag undrar om någon uppskattade. Tyckte synd om personalen som jobbade där. -Obegriplig pool-area; dålig pop/techno-musik på hög volym som inte skapade nån relax-känsla överhuvudtaget (är själv långt i från pensionär och reste med tonåringar, samtliga tyckte det var värdelöst). -Endast chips som mat/tilltugg i pool-baren, inget mer matigt. -Kalla pooler

Rooms newly refurbished, pool was clean . Good location.

Location, pool and fantastic breakfast.

Apartment needs some updating, nothing to bad, bathroom door would not shut properly or lock, some furniture a bit rusty and shower leaked all over bathroom on first night, however this was reported at reception and fixed immediately x

The space for breakfast and dinner is too loud and chaotic (especially at dinner) and it is hard to enjoy your meal in peace. In addition, there are many kinds of food but not of good quality.

Fab breakfast with plenty of choice . Dinner some nights better than others.I really appreciated the relax pool, so if you don't like entertainment , music it is very peaceful. There is also a main pool which offers all the above.

Unfortunately my terrace area got little sun . I found the pool very cold.

Sister Holiday

Staff were very friendly. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are exactly as on Website. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool. The food was very nice and had plenty of choice.

There was not anything we did not like.

Fantastic location & Vacation

Spacious we'll equipped room, how close everything is to the rooms, felt very safe, the location of the hotel is brilliant, the all inclusive is well worth it if you like wine, the facilities are good plenty of sunbeds

it’s not goodbye Labranda Bahia lobos but see you later !!!’

our second time and won’t be our last food amazing drinks bit basic but food overrides this so we just go out but it’s worth getting out to see love music and entertainment and enjoy some lovely cocktails xoxoxox ps animation team are outstanding from yoga to karaoke to cheering everyone up 5 stars

enjoyed our short break. requested to be put in block L and we were allocated rooms as requested. timings of meals suite

Very relaxing New Year holiday.

Nice pools, small one heated. Complex is kept very clean. Easy checkin/out. Friendly staff. Stayed BnB, breakfast was good.

Nothing to dislike. Location is a little further out than first thought. Reservation of sunbeds isn’t policed but that’s normal.

Very good

The room was very big, clean and comfortable (but quite far from everything). The breakfast and dinner were excellent, huge variety of food and drink. It is in a good location, shops, restaurants and bus stop are close.

The water in the pool was very cold. The remote controller for the smart TV was very basic, we wanted to watch movies from a pendrive, but it was impossible.

Great location, great rooms, great pool, great staff, rubbish entertainment.

Very nice rooms, that are spacious and comfy, and cleaned regularly very well. Some days there was a lot of fun round the pool with inflatables, music and a bubble machine. The location was perfect, only ten mins from music square, very close to a lot of restaurants and not far from the beach. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, there were many food options, and different choices most nights so there was always something different to try. There were two pools, one more busy with children and one more calmer. The staff were friendly and polite, always helping if there was anything to ask.

The entertainment was nonexistent. The bar stopped for all inclusive at 11, but what little entertainment stopped at around 10.30 anyway so by 11, there were not many people around. Many days there wasn’t any entertainment. When there was, it was just one game of bingo, or something like that. It’s the same woman who did it, and whilst she is friendly and gets involved, she was lacking support from another entertainment member or the structure of having different shows each night. It’s a shame, as everything else about the hotel was great.
