Very nice property with kind staff. The hotel is located at 10 min walk from the closest beach, or at 5 minutes drive from a better beach. The area is new built, some new hotels will appear next year, but there are no issues with noise or dust.
The breakfast is very good, they make efforts to propose every day something different.
The rooms are nice, big, with view on the swimming pool, some rooms on the higher floor might have also some sea view.

The staff are lovely, chatty and kind. The restaurant food was great and very reasonable priced too. Beach is walking distance.
Im not sure if this hotel was pushed to be more adult focused rather than families but aside from the pool i didnt see anything else to keep children entertained, now I didnt go with children and there is a life guarded pool BUT theres only so many hours that will keep you entertained so that might want to be taken into consideration for people with children going.

The staff were good ,particularly the smiley young man on the door who greeted us as soon as we arrived, took the bags etc. and supported me, literally, wherever he could. Well worth a 200 dirham tip.
Reservations - the system is inexplicable and unsatisfactory. I had reserved the room weeks ago. I had asked for easy access to the elevator and services because of reduced mobility. I had received a reply of "we do what we can do" When we checked in we had been upgraded to a suite about 200 feet along a corridor ,up a flight of stairs . I was told rooms were allocated on the day depending on availability. and that the hotel was full. If the room that I had requested had been available for our night at the time I made the booking, why could it not have been allocated to me there and then? If I had wanted a suite, I would have booked one and why were there only six other people at dinner and ten at breakfast if the hotel was full? Answers from management, please.
Buffet dinner was one of the worst., as was breakfast. No show- cooking as told in the hotel details so everything tired and tepid. When will decent hotels produce buffet food in smaller, more frequently renewed hot plates?
