Jedzenie było bardzo dobre. Animatorzy i obsługa hotelu byli bardzo pomocni i zwracali uwagę na gości.
Czuć upływ czasu w pokojach, najbardziej w łazience jadnak mimo tego było czysto.

Malgré les règles instaurées par l’établissement aucun client ne respecte ce qui est demandé.
Impossible de trouver par exemple un matelas de libre. Tout est réservé depuis très tôt le matin pour la journée, ce qui est interdit a priori.
L’eau des glaçons m’a valu une tourista. Il m’a fait perdre deux jours de mon séjour.

staff was very very friendly, food was quite good, the couscous is miam, cocktails very well made, beachfront, no loud music, spa excellent, when asked for extra pillows wasn't a problem, nice garden with ducks and kittens. breakfast was awesome. Nice temperature in the heated-covered pool, which is needed as the outside ones are like 15C in wintertime. Easy booking for the restaurants.
The rooms are very badly isolated, if you are in the rooms with garden view you hear the circulation every evening and they hunk a loooot. also you can hear what is happening in the other rooms. Cleaning lady nicely clean the bathroom and the bed was well done, but she did not clean the floor which was quite disturbing. really bad tea in the morning, luckily I had mine with me., coffee was okay.

The front desk staff, no tea/coffee facilities in the room, the mini bar isn’t stocked so no point in having it, the beds are hard and the rooms need a bit of TLC. Food needs improvement

Location was good, with a nice walk along the promomade. Large comfortable bed, spacious room, the housekeeper was excellent. Gym was well equipped.
Unable to use the aircon, it didn't cool the room. We reported the aircon, reception confirmed it was fixed but still didn't work.
TV in room was pixelated.

So many pools. Pools and restaurants always looked clean. Good variety of food and drinks. Salad always fresh new options of mains everyday we were there. Restaurant staff were friendly. Direct access to beach. Felt safe even at night. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Taxis outside. Reception concierge friendly and helpful. Felt safe leaving luggage in storage. Wasn’t rushed out of hotel when we were checking out. Great location for sunsets. Loads of lounge beds.
No iron in room needed to have cash for deposit. Staff that helped with our suitcases expected a tip - which should be optional you shouldn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable. Singles beds instead of a double and the hotel wasn’t full so I’m sure a double could’ve been accommodated.

War bereits das 3.Mal in diesem all inclusive Hotel in dem einem nichts fehlt. Riesige Speisenauswahl sowohl mit internationalen als auch regionalen Gerichten. Die Anlage hat viele unterschiedliche Plätze wo man sich wohlfühlt und wenn es am Abend im Jänner einmal zu kalt sein sollte kann man die Wärme am offenen Kamin genießen. Die Animation hat für jeden etwas ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Beim stretching am Vormittag auf der Wiese mit Meerblick war ich immer dabei.

RIU Tikida Dunas hotel is more than AI. Service, attitude, support, facilities is at it's highest level. Meals where outstanding - great choice of local dishes and traditional continental food and drinks.
Great relaxing atmosphere wherever you go - pool or ocean, lobby or terrace. Indoor pool was a great option for kids. Room service at it's best, rooms spacious and clean.
Place to return to! Thank you to each and every staff member for being excellent.
If you don't like this place, service provided and staff - there will be nothing you will be satisfied with in the whole world.

Die Anlage sieht wirklich super aus, Lage ist top und Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Anlage ist leider an ein Paar stellen in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem fühlt man sich sehr wohl.
Der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein.

Information an was läuft im hotel war nicht gut und da war absolute nichts was passiert ausserhalb. Deswegen haben wir die Berber Neu Jahrs fest verpasst, keine wusste was davon.

Wir waren mit unserem 4 jährigen Enkelkind und seinen Eltern im Hotel. Wir haben sofort 2 nebeneinanderliegende Zimmer in Sichtweite des Kinderspielplatzes bekommen und hatten den Enkel immer im Auge. All In ist in diesem Haus sehr zu empfehlen besonders mit Kleinkindern. Wir hatten zwei Wochen Erholung und Spaß

One of the best resorts I have ever attended! The friendly staff and the level of customer was out of this world. Can not wait to return , may return peak season to take advantage of the outside pool, you need the heat to really appreciate it I feel.
Greedy guests reserving the sun beds, probably need some rules around that yet it’s a problem everywhere.

Lage direkt am Meer, Poolanlage sauber, generell sehr sauber, nettes Personal (außer beim Einchecken, die waren unfreundlich!)
Sauberkeit der Zimmer, ich hatte einen Kakerlake im Zimmer, viele Haare der Vorgänger, generelle Unsauberkeit der Zimmer. Essen SEHR SEHR wenig Abwechslung, dazu habe ich nach dem 3. Tag extreme Bauchschmerzen und Durchfall bekommen. Schon klar, dass die Sauberkeit nicht mit Westeuropa zu vergleichen ist, aber ich habe seit dem Abend nichts mehr im Hotel gegessen. Es gibt die Dinge vom Mittagessen auch beim Abendessen, sehr wenig Abwechslung immer das gleiche Fastfood Zeugs. Für mich war das Essen sehr unbefriedigend, zumal die Kellner auch teilweise sehr unfreundlich sind. Keine Ruhe beim Essen, komplettes Turnhallenfeeling und sehr sehr laut.

Wir haben im Januar eine Woche in diesem schönen Hotel verbracht. Mit direktem Blick aufs Meer konnten wir jeden Abend tolle Sonnenuntergänge bestaunen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade und hat einen eigenen Strandabschnitt reserviert. Aber eigentlich lagen wir nur am Pool, da die Anlage einfach ein Traum war. Das Wasser vom Pool war sehr kalt, schwimmen war quasi unmöglich, aber in den Sommermonaten bestimmt super angenehm. Animation gab es jeden Tag, aber nicht zu viel, zu laut oder zu aufdringlich. Wer Lust hatte konnte an Beachvolleyball, Darts und Co teilnehmen oder aber die Ruhe genießen. Die Shows abends waren okay.
Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und einwandfrei. Man kann wirklich zu jeder Tageszeit essen. Das Buffet hält für jeden etwas bereit (auch vegetarisch). Bloß fehlt manchmal die Beschriftung, sodass man nicht genau weiß, was man dort vor sich hat. Natürlich ist es nach einer Woche dann oft das Gleiche, aber dafür gibt es noch ein asiatisches und ein marokkanisches Restaurant in der Hotelanlage, sodass man sich die Abwechslung selbst schaffen kann.
Um das Hotel herum ist derzeit nicht all zu viel los (wir waren im Januar da). Man kann surfen und mit dem Taxi aus viel in Agadir erreichen. All Inclusive hat sich aber bewährt, da einige Restaurants in der Gegend auch geschlossen waren. Der Service wird in dem Hotel sehr groß geschrieben. Man bekommt jeden Tag zwei Wasserflaschen aufs Zimmer gebracht, Gläser und Geschirr (auch um den Pool herum) wurden regelmäßig eingesammelt, die Portiers am Hoteleingang organisieren einem ein Taxi oder beraten einen bei möglichen Ausflugszielen wenn man sich mit ihnen einfach mal nett unterhält. Überall in Marokko und auch im Hotel waren alle Menschen super freundlich. Uns überraschte, dass so viele Menschen deutsch sprechen. In der Nähe des Hotels ist ein ATM, man kann aber auch an der Rezeption Geld wechseln.
Alles in allem hat uns das Hotel super gefallen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
So gut wie alles war perfekt. Natürlich könnte man hier und da meckern, aber jeder hat eine andere Vorstellung vom perfekten Urlaub. Eine deutlichere Beschriftung des Essens wäre toll. Gerade als Vegetarier freut man sich, wenn man sich bei seinem Essen sicher ist. Auch so etwas wie Hafermilch anzubieten wäre toll, aber das ist meckern auf höchstem Niveau.
Auch dass man im Januar nicht schwimmen gehen konnte war schade. Da der Pool aber so groß ist, verstehen wir, dass beheizen sehr ineffizient wäre. Man konnte immerhin auf den Innenpool ausweichen.

Wszystko super.doskonała lokalizacja komfortowy pokój, świetna kuchnia - gratulacje i podziękowania dla Szefa Kuchni i personelu oraz pomocna obsługa w restauracjach,
doskonaly zespół animatorów, bardzo dobry poziom klubu z barem i muzyką na żywo .
Czystość,zadbany teren i baseny to plusy tego obiektu .
Super recepcja.
W dniu moich urodzin, o których pamiętali , był urodzinowy szampan i tort mnie dedykowany na moim stole. I przy tym Happy Birthday odśpiewane w restauracji. Dziękuje i pozdrawiam.
Bardzo miłe.
Chciałbym do nich wrócić . Tu są Wszyscy uśmiechnięci.

Hervorragendes Essen, aber trotzdem Magen Darm nach vier Tagen Aufenthalt. Gute Surfschule gleich am Strand.
Keine Getränke am Strand außer Einwegbecher von der Poolbar. Ein Strandtuch pro Person und Tag fand ich zu skrupellos. Auf dem Zimmer keine Mini-Bar und nichts außer Wasser. Im Bad der einzige Seifenspender und keine Kosmetika außerdem. Von einem 4-Sterne Hotel kann man mehr erwarten.

We liked the room and the hotel grounds.
The food was the worst part, I’m sorry but as someone that works in hospitality I’ve never had food that looks good but tastes so bad. So bad. Please train your chefs. Why is the sushi rice sweet? So many flavours were off. The salad quality was awful days old dry salad.
Also the staff take zero accountability. We arrive at 11.20pm. Reception says there is “cold dinner” available, we waited 20 minutes because the staff were so unorganised nobody had a key go let us in to the food hall they all just blamed each other and didn’t apologise. The cold dinner turned out to be dry salad not even a slice of bread it was appalling. Honestly embarrassing. We left to get burgers.

Extérieur de l'hôtel magnifique, très bon emplacement.
Même si nous mangeons en All Inclusive , nous mangions pratiquement comme dans une cantine scolaire , propositions sans surprises, sans exotisme, plats repassés le lendemain - Hall de gare pour manger excepté l'extérieur , bruyant.

Magnifique complex le long de la belle plage d’Agadir. Très jolies piscines et jardin. Personnel gentil et serviable. Bonne qualité des boissons et nourriture mais sans finesse. Chouette animation d’une équipe dynamique. Formule all in sans stress.
Chambres kun peu vieillissantes avec quelques problèmes techniques (pas d’airco. Pommeau douche de pluie hors service). Lits trop durs. Bloc 2 se situe le long de la route et le bruit entre dans les chambres. Dommage parce que ceci serait facilement résolu avec une porte insonorisée ou une deuxième porte intérieure. Et il manque une piscine chauffée extérieure.

Having the choice between an inside or an outside pool, the beach near to the surf booth, the spa professional staff, the food and drinks at the buffets and bars, and my room itself.
The view from my room at the first floor and behind the spa ( I requested not too many stairs and it was not possible to reserve ocean view single rooms because these rooms were preferably given to couple and families at the time I reserved.

Die Größe des Resort. Die gepflegte Grünanlage durch das Personal. Die Freundlichkeit des Personal rundum bis natürlich auf einige ausnahmen. Die Unterstützung durch Booking.com bei unserem Problem war sehr gut. Auch die Bemühung des Management des Hotel war soweit gut aber kann noch gesteigert werden. Es gab täglich immer neue Wasserflaschen für das Zimmer. Die Parkanlagen und der optische Eindruck des Hotel, sowie die große Poolanlage, nah am Meer gelegen, sind einige Punkte die überzeugen.
Alle Poolliegen waren immer sofort mit Handtuch reserviert obwohl nicht erwünscht !!!!! Essen ist wenig Abwechslungsreich. Im Restaurant geht es zu wie in einer Kantine, auch sehr laut und zu bestimmten Zeiten wenig freie Plätze für Familien. Die Sauberkeit und Hygiene ist leider nicht sehr ansprechend !!!!! Aus der Küche kam die Info, bitte so gut wie kein Fleisch essen und wir hatten mehrmals Ameisen im Kaffee !!!!! Leider ist auch dieses Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt hier und da etwas Auffrischung. Optisch tolle Poolanlage aber viele Gäste gehen ohne Dusche baden ! Der Kids Club ist in meinen Augen nicht was man erwarten kann. Am Privaten Strand waren sehr oft keine Liegen frei da er von der Größe sehr klein gehalten ist.

Everything you would expect from a hotel of this quality! The staff were fantastic, attentive and helpful and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The customer service was exemplary! It's a perfect stay for families and I will book again for sure!

Property was in a prime location and overall a nice property with nice scenery and swimming pools . Beautiful resort cannot fault that.

Even though it was a nice hotel, it was clean. The facilities need upgrading. Bedsheet were quite old u can tell they have had it for a long time. We landed late there was no facilities to get food from and there was no room service option especially when u r in a remote area hotel stuck for where to go and Get food from. Reception could be more friendly and offer options and where we can possibly go and get food from rather than ‘we r not serving’
I didn’t like the food, same food every day for 1 week, every afternoon and evening, even though they had 2 other restaurant they served the same food as they did in the buffet.

- Kissen etwas zu „dick“ ist aber Geschmacksache..
- Spielutensilien und Spielplatz etwas in die Jahre gekommen oder einfach ausgiebig benutzt? Nicht schlimm und eher ein Verbesserungsvorschlag
