We Fell in Love with ROBINSON
Overall Impression
ROBINSON is a truly wonderful hotel brand. Everything feels clean, well-organized, and distinctly European, with the high standards one often associates with German hospitality. At the same time, the hotel beautifully preserves the authentic character and atmosphere of Morocco.
Design and Atmosphere
The interior is stylish, warm, and carefully thought out down to the smallest detail. The entire property feels welcoming, elegant, and full of character.
Staff
The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.
Beach and Grounds
The beach was clean, well maintained, and pleasantly uncrowded, with very few outside visitors. Even the hotel’s friendly and affectionate cats added to the warm and homely atmosphere.
Food
The cuisine was absolutely outstanding. The quality, variety, and presentation were genuinely at a five-star level. Every meal was a pleasure.
Entertainment and Facilities
The hotel offers an excellent range of activities and facilities, including:

This was the first hotel we had stayed at where guests could wash and dry their own clothes, which was incredibly convenient.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. ROBINSON is an exceptional hotel, and we were genuinely impressed by the quality, atmosphere, service, food, and facilities.
We have now become loyal fans of the ROBINSON brand and would gladly choose ROBINSON hotels for our future travels.

A very beautiful and well-maintained facility. It’s located away from the hustle and bustle, making it a quiet and peaceful spot.
The beach bar is a bit disappointing, as it offers very little. Many people complained about the food, but I found it mostly good.

The food was absolutely amazing. Great selection and most importantly excellent quality and taste. The room was comfortable, clean and it was quiet at night :) The staff was nice.
I'm just not convinced overall. The outside pool area was a total letdown. There is no policy to not reserve sunbeds and no hotel staff preventing it. Guests reserve beds on their way to breakfast already, so it's hard to get a good space later on. I thought it's standard these days that hotels prevent this from happening. This had a huge negative impact on our holiday.
Everything is on a tight schedule. The kids club has very short opening times, so if you want to attend sports programs and rely on the kids club to be free for your activity, the options are quite limited. Everything needs to be pre booked in the app, so it's hard to be spontaneous.
