Staffs are very helpful and friendly , clean room and surroundings , very close to beach , good other facilities
When we moved in the room , the AC was not working for a while . Or it might be that we couldn’t find the right way to turn on the AC

The hotel ticked all the boxes of my expectations: location, meals and bedroon.
Ghizlane at reception was particularly kind and welcoming 💗
Breakfast time indicated at reception was not quite respected: It took at least 30 minutes after the opening hour to get the stations fully delivering the food.

We had a lovely stay overall, although the hotel and rooms are very dated and would benefit from refurbishment. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, but cleanliness and housekeeping were inconsistent. There was quite a lot of dust, and towels and tea bags were sometimes forgotten.
We experienced two power cuts in our room, an interruption to the water supply and one day when the air conditioning wasn’t working. Thankfully, the staff responded quickly and resolved the issues.
The food was excellent, although the restaurant’s cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The location was another highlight—right by the beach, with lovely surroundings. There was occasionally an unpleasant smell in the area, apparently coming from the port, although this was outside the hotel’s control.
The staff were wonderful and always happy to help. They even let us keep our room longer because we had a late evening flight, which we really appreciated. Great staff, food and location, but the hotel needs updating and more attention to cleaning.
