Location, ease of use and great cleanliness.
No irons, and the press service only runs from 9-5pm which isn't great for when you want to go out at night. I tried organising in advance and called for pressing service in advance (many times) reception lazy and kept diverting me to different numbers. Finally someone said they'll come and came 1 hour later, said to me the pressing will be ready for 5pm. This was at 11.30am!? I told them I cant wait. So went to a local pressing shop behind the hotel.
Also there was no shampoo, soap or toilet roll so I had to ask for it.. twice.
Breakfast was very basic (although I was late to it so cant say for sure that Is the true reflection of what the Breakfast looks like there)
If they fix these issues it would be a perfect hotel.

Location and staff . Very friendly staff and helpful. We love them all
Interior is very bad , not 5star standard or 3star
Really need upgrade.
