Location was excellent. Beautiful ocean , access everywhere in walking distance and the hotel itself is amazing. The staff at the parking and the reception was very welcoming and helpful . Must visit the Buddha bar which is located on the hotel, with amazing music and food and the greatest show! Special credits to the singer!!!
Although the views from our balcony were amazing we couldn’t enjoy as no one seems to care to clean it. The restaurants didn’t seem to have a good communication with the front desk and although we said from the beginning all the charges to be in our room , there was always something wrong in our bills and they were keep calling us as we were ready to run away 🤦♀️. Our last day there we had to call someone to clean our room as it was already 6pm and when we came back from our day at the sea the room wasn’t ready. There wasn’t any iron in the room if you needed to iron your clothes and no closet, only a hanger .

Great location, super gym, breakfast really good.
Air conditioning great, large room, very comfy bed.
Some staff need training, very poor attention to foreign customers. A little soulless.
