Proximity to beach and restaurants

The location was perfect for access to the beach, corniche area, restaurants and nearby local shops. A short taxi ride to Souq El Had and only 30 mins from the airport.
The hotel had fantastic open space, lounge areas and pool. However, there was very little vibe and property was a bit dated and in need of maintenance. It should provide activities and events for hotel guests to achieve a lively vibe. The breakfast buffet was basic and there was no variety on offer over the 5days stay.

Family of 2 adults and two teens, We have had an incredible 11 days here, rooms are fabulous with balconies, cleaned to a very high standard every day, often with lovely flowers in the room. The pool is huge, loads of activities you can give or take no pressure, aqua aerobics, darts, boules, kids activities, volleyball on the beach.
Breakfast has lots of choice, I admit I like trying new things and there are lots of Moroccan brekkie options not so much full English if any at all some days, but cereals, fruit, pancakes, omelettes always available. Staff are kind respectful and courteous, the morning pool guys Ishmael and Mohammed the most helpful.
Evening bar with entertainment every night, lounge music type acts, piano bar separate, and 3 different expansive reception areas where played cards and had table service drinks etc. Location is right on the beach and close to amazing restaurants such as el toro steak house, jade restaurant and playa restaurant all stunning food and great value for money.
Only one negative is there was no kettle and hot drink making facilities in the rooms for an early morning cuppa.

Lovely and helpful stuff. The kids activities were great, also the same for adults (stretching, aqua gym). The kids club was not great in terms of facilities, but for larger kids there were archery, darts, games, mini disco. For our 5 and 7 yo had lots of fun. The hotel common areas were nice and modern with a stylish moroccan decor. However the rooms need to be refreshed, bathrooms too. Dinners and lunches were good and the food was changed and had enough variety. The swimming pool area could be bigger, but off season was enough. There are no slides for kids, no playground. The water in the pool is not heated if you go outside of the season. It is cold, but ok to play a little in a hot day.
Breakfast. Too many people, too little food, no variety. Terrible coffee. The family rooms had 2 single beds which were rather hard/uncomfy to sleep on for kids. The cleaning could be better - the bath was not cleaned during our stay, I also doubt the floors were mopped as the same stains were visible. The balcony door was broken and would’t close. Despite our multiple requests to have it repaired - it never was working.
