Excellent location. The resort itself was good. Nothing amazing; it has everything you need to make it a good holiday resort. Saeed the luggage attendant was really helpful. Yusra was lovely to my baby. In fact most of the staff were really lovely to my baby.
AC in the rooms are old so temperamental. Some of the lobby staff could smile more.

The food
The French clientele were rude
We had to pay through booking.com as when we asked as a disabled person with an 83 yr old mum to extend our room we were told no. They had none, yet we found a room on this site for £283 and we only utilised the room for 5 hours. No sleeping, no food as it was shocking.
