Toller SPA- Bereich und sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant. Wir sind 4 Tage die Peene entlang gepaddelt und haben morgens und abends das Hotel genossen.
Als es sehr heiß war, konnten wir das Hotelzimmer, selbst bei kühleren Außentemperaturen nachts, kaum abkühlen.

Super schöne Anlage und gepflegter Wellness Bereich mit den Schwimmgelegenheiten. Die Restaurantkarte sehr bemüht und durchgängig lecker.
Ein Teil des Personals ist leider nicht sehr freundlich und überfordert. Zusagen bei Tischreservierungen wurden einfach nicht eingehalten. Bestellungen dauerten zum Teil viel zu lange oder wurden gar nicht geliefert. Insbesondere im Bereich des Schwimmbades wirkte es immer sehr gestresst. Der Ton war barsch und hart. Was aber wirklich unangenehm aufgefallen ist, sind die Unmengen an Verbotsschildern in den Zimmern und im Schwimmbadbereich. Schon sehr auffällig und teils auch skurril. So richtig wohl fühlt man sich damit nicht. Das haben wir bisher so noch nirgends erlebt.
