A superb Apartment located within an OAP sheltered acommodation centre. The staff were superb and all spoke a good level of English. The location could not have been better: only a few minutes walk from the cathedral and centre of Cologne.
The apartment was very spacious and benefited from a reasonably large balcony on which we were able to eat our evening meal. We asked for the use of a microwave which cost an additional 15 euros (for 5 nights) but was very useful.
We were allowed to use the swimming pool and gym facilities which were welcomes extras.
A bit noisy in the neighbourhood due to ongoing building works nearby but it did not spoil our enjoyment and it was quiet during the night.

Everything and everyone was just great. Check in - smooth and with recommendations. You can borrow a bath robe, security deposit 50€, full reimbursement once returned. Swimming pool is amazing, jacuzzi and sauna available too. Very big rooms, with private balcony and kitchenette. Big fridge, equipped enough. Comfortable bed and convenient wardrobe. Laundry for free available too! Rooms are freshened up daily. Really felt like an apartment. Very warm during rainy days. I did appreciate it. Did not bother me that the furnishings are a bit old. It was so comfortable. People residing there are welcoming too. Would return for a longer stay when possible

As it was an apartment with a living room and an equiped kitchen, we could invite our friends to our place and also they where amazed at the place.

The location is excellent, a few steps from the Railway station and from the Cathedral. The building is architecturally modern and pleasant, with large spaces on each floor and a beautiful lobby. They have a pool, sauna (included) and an excellent physio and kineto therapy section.
The restaurant is offering an international menu, every day different and of an excellent taste. We had a two room appartment, with a well provided kitchen, a balcony, a living room and a bedroom.
There should have been more pots in the kitchen (I missed a small cooking pot) and a microwave.
There is no air conditioning, which was not a problem for us (there were 28° inside) but some might have to check the weather forecast.
