The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. The hotel spa area (Pool, Sauna and Hammam) is a fantastic addon and the stapp were really nice and always willing to help with all my questions and requests.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is excellent, being conveniently close to Taksim Square. The absolute highlight of our stay was the truly amazing staff; everyone from the reception and lobby to the dining room and room service teams was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The facilities, including the spa center and swimming pool, were nice and clean. I also appreciated that the rooms were spacious and very comfortable in terms of size. As for the breakfast, I particularly loved the pastries, which were always fresh and genuinely delicious.
Unfortunately, there were several significant drawbacks. The hotel is quite old and definitely does not match the pictures shown online. The rooms desperately need a thorough deep cleaning on a regular basis rather than just a quick daily surface clean, especially the bathrooms and toilets. We experienced a strong smell of urine in our room, made worse by a lack of proper ventilation. We complained to the reception about this on our very first day, but no real action was taken. The cleaning lady tried her best every day to eliminate the odor, but the management simply continued adding more cleaning chemicals without fixing the root of the problem.
Lastly, while the breakfast was generally good and diverse, it often lacked daily variety and got a bit repetitive. Perhaps we are just picky eaters, but I really wished there had been finely chopped, ready-to-eat salads available, rather than the whole vegetables and large, chunky slices that were served.

Only good and positive feedback that I can give “Location was great”.
The rooms were completely open and we could hear everyone and anyone passing through the floor. The cleaning staff were also constantly talking and we had to be awake by 8-9am every day. Our room definitely had a bad smoke smell and the bathroom water switched between warm and cold at random.
