We had a very comfortable stay at Taksim, especially as a larger family.
The best part of the hotel was the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive and professional, and they spoke very good English. The WhatsApp communication system was also excellent — whenever we needed anything, they replied almost immediately.
Housekeeping was amazing. Every time we called, they came very quickly, and they were always generous with towels, water and anything else we requested. The hotel, rooms and amenities were consistently very clean and well maintained.
The rooms were spacious, bright and beautifully designed, with everything we needed provided and working properly. The gym was very good, and having a Pilates studio was especially impressive.
The location was excellent — less than a 10-minute walk from Taksim Square, while still feeling quiet and peaceful.
Breakfast had a very large selection and offered almost everything you could want. It may depend on personal taste, but compared with other hotels of a similar level, we thought the variety was very good.
The only area that could improve was the room-service food. We ordered a few times and found some dishes a little too oily and not as fresh as expected.
Overall, the positive experience far outweighed this. The staff really made our stay, and the hotel worked extremely well for our family. We would definitely stay here again.
