Nettes Hotel, nicht zu groß, gute Lage!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, hat sogar einen eigenen (?) kleinen Strand. Insgesamt eine schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit großem Pool, gutem Service!

In meinem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt, sie kannte nur heizen oder aus.

Perfect vacation for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Everything!!! The design of our sea view room was scenic especially on the sunrise moment. Swimming pool, table tennis, sunbathing , parking, bar and staffs were perfect.

Toll und kann es weiterempfehlen

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, schöner Pool, gute Zimmergrössen, nettes Personal sehr behilflich bei jeglichen Fragen!

Pool auch für Erwachsene zum Schwimmen erst um 10h geöffnet. Kein privater Sandstrand, aber öffentlicher Strand in nächster Nähe.

Excellent in every way ! I don't say that often !

Sea view rooms stunning. Staff are beyond amazing. Cleanliness was superb. Food choice amazing. Location great . We will definitely be back :)

Loved everything . Indoor pool times for families could be more flexible with times. I mentioned this to them and it was a welcomed idea.

Sehr gepflegt, ruhig und wunderschöne Lage

Die Lage am Meer ist wunderschön. Eine sehr gepflegte und ruhige Anlage mit tollem Blick. Die Umgebung und der nahegelegen Strand liegen eher unter dem 4 Sterne-Niveau des Hotels. Wir haben in einem Chiringuito teuer und nicht so gut gegessen. Aber das Personal war sehr nett. Zimmer war groß mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, ich habe nichts vermisst - auch wenn ich ungern an Kaffeeautomaten anstehe. Es gab nur zwei. In der Hochsaison wird das sicher schwierig.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent, könnte aber - besonders an der Bar - etwas aufmerksamer sein. Ich hatte den Eindruck, sie verbrignen mehr Zeit an der Kasse, als bei den Gästen. Vielleicht wurden auch Leute eingearbeitet. Es kam jedoch zu kurzen Wartezeiten. Das Frühstückspersonal war mitunter etwas übereifrig und hat jede Schüssel sofort abfgeräumt, die ich geleert habe. Das lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm am Abend war zu laut. Das Hotel braucht das eigentlich nicht. Aber das ist auch Geschmackssache. Im achten Stock habe ich es abends nur auf dem Balkon gehört. Hat mich nicht weiter gestört.

Excellent hotel but a little warm at night!

Loved everything about this hotel - breakfast awesome with so much choice!

AC wasnt turned on... but this was a minor niggle as the beds were comfy the staff exceptional (Mona on reception was a class act)

Amazing property and stay only slighted by AC that property wont turn on.

We really enjoyed the facility. The grounds were really well kept with plenty of relaxing areas for everyone on the property to enjoy the fantastic views. I loved that they had e-bikes right outside to rent and ride into downtown Palmanova. Many wonderful restaurants just a short walk down the hill. I would HIGHLY recommend the breakfast option. Truly the best breakfast arrangement I have seen at a property. We didn't pre-purchase it because we were unsure, yet we ended up eating there every morning.

My only complain with the property was regarding air conditioning. The property was listed as coming with air conditioning, and while the room did have AC, the property had not turned it on. They mentioned that they only turn on the air conditioning in the summer months (we stayed in April). This meant that sleeping was less-than comfortable. For this, and this reason alone, I would not stay at Ponent Mar again. If they had run their AC while we were there, undeniably we would stay again.

Lovely stay, great hotel

We loved our stay here. The room was lovely, with comfy beds, and a great sea view. Breakfast was good, facilities were good and the place looked good, it was tastefully decorated and planted.

The kids had to sleep on a pull out sofa (which i knew at time of booking, so no fault of the property at all !), but it took my youngest a bit of getting used to.

Amazing hotel - would definitely return

The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, always down for a joke! We felt very well taken care of and very welcome at all times. The hotel has 3 pools, one of them being at the rooftop which doesn't allow children, so it's an amazing place to relax with gorgeous views of the sea. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous sea view!

The only thing we experienced as negative was the cleanliness of the rooftop pool on our last day. It was quite dirty and we felt as though they hadn't cleaned it in a few days. Everything else was perfect!

we have never been disappointed and will be back again next year for certain

our 4th time here. perfect location. quiet on an evening but close enough to all restaurants and the beach. clean and smart. excellent and friendly staff. the people on reception are so helpful. faultless service. great pool. loads of sun beds. towels provided and changed whenever you needed.

I’m struggling to find real faults.

We really enjoyed our stay

Food was very good, views from swimming pool and sun deck were fabulous.

The studio apartment was a little small with the balcony tight. Our view was not ad good as many of the apartments.

wonderful week in a perfect hotel, would return anytime

it was just perfect, really everything, we had a wonderful time….pool very nice, see/quasi private beach just few meters walk down the stairs; staff professional and very helpful, we had only breakfast but very pleased with freshness and choices, really incredible….Also great that the place is just a short drive from Palma, and also close to the motorway so easy to hit the road towards any tourist attractions

it was a pity that pool closed at 6 but okay, there’s definitely a logic/reason
