The staff were helpful and kind. Before our stay I sent them some questions and they answered promptly. The car park is secure and close by. The room was spotless and we had great views of the mountains. The attached pub served a lovely breakfast and great coffee. The explanation about walking around Morella was great and helped by the mini model of the city.
The room would be better with a small refrigerator for guests water.

The room was clean and tidy. It had a balcony that was ok. The view over the area was good.
The member of staff who greeted us was to say the least off hand. We arrived on a Sunday and the place was very busy and parking was a long way off. Once the crowds had gone we could park near the hotel. The restaurant was not open Sunday and everything in the town shut down once the day trippers had gone
