Staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel is Clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.
I originally booked for one evening but the morning I was meant to book out, I booked the same room for another night.
If the kitchen was open and running.. haveing a evening meal with a drink in the hotel, rather than having to drive would make this hotel near to perfect.

Sorry all was fine however not a fan of cold breakfast , no hot meal facility.
Not sure ours was a flying visit , but would stay again as I know the area having lived there.

Room itself was fine and everything in it was in good working order.
Strong and off-putting smell of mould hits you as soon as you enter the hotel, although thankfully this was nowhere near as pronounced in the room. Reception area had a definite drug hostel feel when we were leaving in the morning, not what you expect from a Best Western branded hotel.
