The location has been perfect, it’s a nice hotel with great amenities and Good breakfast. The breakfast manager has been extremely polite and helpful.
I left a note for early check in but when I arrived at 2 Pm, the first impression with the female receptionist has been extremely off, she rudely declined to check for my booking details for check in and told me to come back at 3 pm. I then asked if my children could swim until then which she said yes they can. But apart from her every single member of staff at this hotel has gone extra miles and provided excellent service from reception to the gym and breakfast. I did not name the staff with poor attitude to avoid her trouble.

Facilities. The swimming pool with the kids is great and the breakfast selection is perfect. The queen family room was so good and perfect for our stay. The food at the bar was lovely too.
The beds were a bit worn but it didn’t hinder our stay. The kids pizza wasn’t the best but I didn’t feel the need to complain as the offer enabled it to be free and sometimes my son is too fussy.

Location of hotel is good as not far from motorway
My disabled room was very basic no fridge and the bathroom only had a bath with shower over.
Would have thought a walk in shower for disabled would have been standard as I can't get leg over bath was unable to have a shower very disappointed.
