Staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was outstanding and we were treated like v.i.p's from Ben as we had just got married and were so touched by this. Will definitely return. Only downside was that the pool was out of order during our stay, but the staff especially Ben made up for this.
There was nothing to not like, happy friendly cheerful ambience throughout the hotel.

The location was easy to find, thought it may have road noise from the near by M1, but was not the case.
There was an a cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom.

Location and breakfast
Came for the Spa and both Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi were shut, and no advance warning!
Also wasn’t checked in properly and guests came into our room while we were undressed, so not a good experience at all
