Fantastic pub and B&B that looks like straight out of some detective story or novel. Helpful and kind personnel (and even guests), great breakfast (including early breakfast solution on our departure day) and atmosphere. It's literally on top of the windy hill at crossroads. It's also suitable for families - we were provided adjacent rooms and free baby crib. Restaurant also offer's kids menu. No problem with parking.

Went to a wedding reception at Raggalds so we choose crossroads 10mins from venue. The comfort staff and food excellent

Lovely hotel, as we checked in we were asked if we were going to a gig at the nearby Piece Hall and were offered suggestions for taxis, timings and places to get a drink. Room was comfortable and clean, we got back just before last orders so enjoyed a drink in the pub too. Overall a great place to stay.
