Good position for Gare de Lyon, the river, etc
Very helpful staff.
Complimentary drinks of water, teas and coffee in Reception area.

Air conditioning in room.
Comfortable bed
Reasonable water pressure in shower.

Lift was very small but there were stairs.

Close to Gare de Lyon, safe, easy to get around and within a casual walk to the Bastille.
Having to drop the key at front desk every time we left. Sometimes there wasn’t a front desk person immediately available and we would have to wait.

The location is its best attribute.
They have a weird key card system that means you can’t leave the property with your room key. You have to leave it with the front desk. There isn’t always someone at the desk so it’s a bit inconvenient.
