Clean and friendly staff
The minibar was not working, the bathroom door did not lock and the air conditioner was not cooling but we spent much of our time traveling.

The room was big and the staff were all very friendly. Good location in terms of near the metro and gare de Lyon. The welcome drink was a nice touch as was the water points available.
The bathroom smelled of waste (we reported this to reception at check out as we arrived late and the smell got worse as the night went on) and the room was very noisy (3rd floor facing the train station). We paid over £330 for one night, so I was expecting better but I was left disappointed.
