Staff were fantastic, right from the start.
The room itself was wonderful - a hugely comfortable bed, and really great blackout curtains so we slept incredibly well every single night, even with with all the local noise of busy Paris - which the room was well insulated from.
We loved the tiny swimming pool, with the view over the Seine.
The river view from our room was also beautiful. Especially with all the lights at night.
The plumbing was a little noisy, but it really wasn't a big deal.

The location was perfect in between two big train stations so easy to get to all the sights.
Being on the Seine was special too, a different way to experience Paris. Great breakfast.
The towels were not changed daily and with nowhere to dry them we had damp towels for the duration of our stay.

The location and novelty of the hotel was great. rooms are small but perfectly set out with plenty room for storage so the size worked well. Breakfast was great and the hotel was lovely.
Our toilet stopped flushing on the second day and we had to go for 24hors without a working toilet - this was tricky through the night as I had to walk to the reception toilet in my PJ's in the middle of the night.
