Really nice location, nice looking hotel (from outside) with really nice looking garden. Hotel staff was kind. I wasn't sure about my payment due to confusion with booking.com but gentleman taking payment was very patient and supportive.
The restaurant staff was rude. Gentleman said to us that we cannot eat outside because it is cold. It was really warm, but he said it was cold for him (!!!). He also didn't look happy to serve us when we have decided to do not eat in there but just ordered a glass of wine. That was a first place in Bulgaria (and the only one) when we were treated like that in the restaurant.
