Room was spacious, large spa, comfy king bed, nice view of lake, good parking, very clean and tidy.
Probably just timing i believe.A large group of children were running around the hotel area, knocking on guest doors. The pool was very dirty a rubbish in it, the spa outside apprared grey and merky. Other than that it was a very clean tidy hotel.

All the staff were friendly and helpful even turned my heat pump on because I was arriving late the first night I got here.
Sorry but there was nothing i didn't like about staying at the Lake Taupo motor inn
