It was close to the location we need to get to. The bed linen was very clean, the bathroom was okay, clean.
On the second floor there was a pungent smell of cat urine. There is no AC or elevator, the stairs are quite steep.

The owners are lovely people - so friendly and helpful. I left my luggage with them for the day with no problem at all. The place felt very safe - there's a locked gate into a courtyard so this accommodation would be particularly good if you have a car. It was quiet and in a perfect location for my needs.
The guesthouse would be much improved with some renovation and refurbishment.
