All staff were very helpful and friendly. Air-conditioning was good. Shower good. Breakfast coffee was stunningly good. Super clean, fresh linen daily. Very central and handy for everything. Tiny lift but OK. No aircon on land8ngs was not a problem.
Breakfast was basic although appropriate for the price. My friend would have liked a plant milk option. Sorted by visiting local Mercadonna. No complaints at all.

The location was super handy to supermarkets and the centre of Valencia! Tv and AC in room which was great! The bathroom was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Elevator and reception was helpful and friendly.
There was no power outlet next to the bed so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom over the toilet. Room was facing the street so was quite noisy with loud people and general traffic. I did think the decor needed some work

The hotel location is amazing, the hotel staff is very friendly especially “Yamo” hopefully the name is correct is the guy at the front office desk. He was all the time helpful and friendly.

Great location in the heart of the city.
Very noisy due to its location, only one plug socket in the room. Very dated bathroom, flush didn’t work properly.
