The property was excelente and convenient for me because it was close to the airport
The property was nice and clean and comfortable but what I like is the ramps inside the corridors that this place has because there’s no steps you know some people don’t have the ability for stairs or steps my sister has problems walking and they should have one in the main entrance because they have 3 steps and for my sister was hard and difficult to climb them.

The hotel was clean and I liked the overall stay
The staff wasn’t helpful at all, the receptionist Gabriela Navarro was trying to make us pay again when i already had paid in advanced I have receipts to confirm
