The location was great
No AC and minifridge do not work

The room was very nice, however the AC did not work and the room was very very HOT!

Great service, very clean, very attentive staff. Location was very convient. Room temperatura was confortable, and no issues with noise levels even on busy live entertainment. Hotel recomended a tour “operadores Zacatecas” and it was great!

The location
The staff was not friendly they did not give me information that I asked them the hotel is located in an excellent place but it was dirty it was not comfortable! 😪
