That despite us arriving earlier than the check in time they allowed us to check in without any difficulties or questions. We’re extremely tired, so we appreciate it. As soon as you walk in they greet you, helped with luggage, assisted me with my elderly parents. They served them something. The hotel smelled amazing. The staff were wonderful. Very pleasant & friendly. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and would not stay anywhere else.

The cleanliness and comfortable beds and the overall atmosphere
The bar took about 30 minutes to bring us chips.
The restraint took about 1 hour to bring our food and the food had no seasoning or flavor.
Our room had a major ceiling leak and wet my luggage and soaked my clothes inside the luggage.
I let the front desk know about early morning and all they did was apologize and offered to dry my clothes. I could not let them dry my closet he’s since most of my clothes goes to the cleaners.
