It is an ok place to stay but pricey.
The breakfast was average for a Westerner and the coffee is poor.
There were lots of problems with the lifts which was worrying as you often felt you might get stuck.
Once I was woken in the middle of the night for room service which was not me - they got the wrong room. Then another time they tried to deliver washing to me that was not mine - it wasn't even the same floor as me and not the same numbered room. Attention to detail was missing especially when it comes to affecting another customer.
Reception, Raymond, I believe his name was, was very pushy, multiple times with multiple people to leave a good review of him - he tried hard but for me it was just too pushy.

The hotel is busy with renovations....
