The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and luxurious. Service was consistently fast and efficient, and every request was handled promptly. The staff were highly professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. I was also impressed by the technical and maintenance teams, who were quick to respond and resolve any matter efficiently. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

1) Location is excellent, next to the Nile.
2) The Nile views from the room are great.
3) The hotel restaurants are very good.
1) Hotel is in need for renovation to be up to par with the star designation it has.
2) The sound proof of the balcony doors can be better, a lot of noise comes through from busy Cairo.
3) The breakfast was just average. If we had known we would have skipped it altogether.
