One of the best hotels in Downtown!
An absolutely excellent stay in every aspect. The place is clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located in the heart of Downtown, close to all key services and attractions.
The service and hospitality are top-notch. Iโd like to give special thanks to Youssef and Mohamed from the staff for their warm welcome, professionalism, and constant care in making sure every request was handled quickly and with a smile.
This definitely wonโt be my last stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, smooth experience in Downtown! ๐๐๐๐๐

Good value, the room was good spacious

Location and attidute by the stuff were good.
And thanks for the storage after check out.
1- Too many things were broken in the room. (i.e: window handle, bin)
2- Bed was uncomfortable
3- Hot water wasnโt enough for two people even for a short shower
4- Wasnโt clean enough
5- Card payment was only possible with egp. Converted to egyptian pound from low rate and added 3% extra.
6- Breakfast was weak.
