I will not stay there again.

Room was clean.

Stairs smell of mildew. Three channels on TV, one was a recorded loop tape from 2021. (you can tell from the commercials showing COVID instructions) Vending machines do not work. Lots of things need maintence team's attention.

Great stay, comfortable beds, and excellent customer service.

The location was great.

The description of the room was not what I imagined it. There was an "ocean view" but it was a room right at the entrance, so no real privacy on the balcony. Also, there was no elevator.

Thomas island is known as the gateway to the Caribbean....very much true!

The breakfast menu was very limited. Very friendly environment and staff.

Beds were too small for a one bed suite. I think a two queens or one Cal King would've fit best.

A great stop over before and after my flight!

The location is perfect for a one night stay wether you are going to or coming from the airport. I was there in June and now one month later, I see that they are shining up the property a little more. The lobby was clean and inviting. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional! My room was clean and I had a water view along with great AC ..

All was good! If anything, the old, rugged steps were a little scary when I had to bring my luggage up and down. Replacement of old carpet would be an upgrade.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE AIRPORT WAS CLOSE TO THE HOTEL. EVERYONE WAS NICE. HELPFUL.

Exceptional

Staying on the water so glad to stay in the same place my daughter and wife had stayed before I got tired of hearing about St Thomas. I really enjoy myself and when I returned home I told my friends about my trip and all the fun we had and how nice the people at Lindbergh Bay hope to see you again Thank you Michael Ansley

Very conveniently located. 2 minutes from the airport

The mozzarella sticks at the hotel restaurant we’re phenomenal.

Service was fairly slow.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s at walking distance from the airport plus their is a very good beach nearby also at walking distance.

The place could look nicer but I really didn’t even mind. I really enjoyed my stay here.

the television did not work, there was no phone in the room and I had to walk to the front desk, the chair in the room was dirty, there was no carafe to make coffee.

Decent hotel for short stay

Comfortable. Needed a place close to the airport while waiting for flight not departing till 2 days later. Location was perfect for my needs. Staff was very helpful. Original room was on 2nd floor but large duffel bag difficult to navigate stairs so room changed one on 1st floor. Nice pool. Close to Brewer's beach

TV service poor. Most of channels had little to no reception. Not good considering private homes can get better reception. No ice dispenser, had to walk to next building, inconvenient especially at night. Hotel walk up only, not for older guests or large and or heavy luggage. No beach access Support post in middle of room, Too close to one of beds.

This is a one to two star (at best) hotel that has remained trashed since hurricane Irma.

The staff was polite, though not at the caliber of a $250 + a night facility. The breakfast was okay. It is within walking distance of the airport.

7 fuzzy channels on TV, doors canabalized or kicked in, front door (sliding) inoperative, very much in disrepair, garbage piled up and dead rat in breakfast lounge area, loud music during day from beach, roosters crowing, maintenance on vehicles being done outside our first floor room, little to no capital or human capital investment, restaurant windows missing, beach area a wreck, pool restored but grass overgrown and landscaping unkept, part of hotel a wreck, womens restroom inop

The restaurant had weird hours and was super and I mean SUPER slow but the food was good

The location was close to many restaurant and a great beach with water sports the view was amazing the restaurant/bar was nice nice place to visit for a short stay

Ok as a last resort which it was for us

There was no chef for breakfast.

The place is run down. The hot water faucet in the bathroom didn’t work AT ALL. Ran out of hot water. The front desk people were fine. The restaurant staff were unfriendly. It was close to the airport.

Adequate.

The location to the airport was excellent. The staff was quite nice. The layout of the room was pleasant and close proximity to food was pleasant.

the water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing the setting would not have proper temperature. It was difficult to shower and wash hair without discomfort. It was difficult to get the room temperature comfortable as the air conditioning was very cold. During our trip we had not experienced any air conditioning and it was uncomfortable and difficult. Restaurant food was only moderate.

This hotel is the biggest disgusting joke I've ever seen in my entire life. The staff was rude. The head bartender at the bar outside gave me two diet Cokes that were 3 months expired and she became very upset when I returned them and wouldn't give me money back for one until I gave her an ultimatum. The floor of the hotel in my room looks like there was an earthquake all of the tiles are buckling and destroyed in the center of the room. The vending machine did not work. I was just woken up at 6:00 in the morning by loud blaring music in the hallway right outside of my room. When I went outside I realized it was the security guard blasting music on the hotels speakers. When I asked him to turn it down he just looked at me and gave me a dirty look and turned it from a 10 to a nine. When I went back out and asked him to turn it down again he ignored me. When I started screaming at him to turn down the music he threatened me and said you better watch who you're talking to. He never turned the music off This person should not be working here. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will tell everyone I ever meet to never come here.

Disappointing

The restaurant that we had breakfast in we not terrible. Staff super friendly at restaurant.

Hotel did not have a wow factor. I was more uncomfortable than I have ever been in a hotel, staff were friendly but did not go over the top, water stoped working while we were there.

Passable

Place looks old and worn out. It really needs updating. Staff is very friendly. However, asked for a refrigerator and a coffee maker and never received it. Location is exceptional
