Lokacion, and staff.
Noise from the main road. Many drivers and motorists make a lot of noise, especially at night when traffic is at its lowest.

Nice, clean room with a good view of the city (I was on 3rd or 4th floor, I don't remember).
Super location - in the center, transport is just nearby.
Comfortable.
Had a really noisy neighbour - that's more on the neighbour, not hotel's fault, so I still rate 10/10. Soundproofing is not perfect though.
